Listing License Agreement

This License Agreement pertains to all advertisements listed on "concretesupermarket.co.uk"

SUMMARY

What We will do: Basic Listing

  • We will list your business free of charge as a basic listing
  • Your listing will be live on the site no more than 24 hours following a submission through the add my business form.
  • We will periodically contact you to check if any of your business information has changed and will amend your listing accordingly.
  • We will maintain your listing in an appropriate manner in line with our terms of use policy.

What We will do: Standard Listing

  • We will list your business free of charge as a Standard listing.
  • We will display your listing with your company logo
  • Your listing will be live on the site no more than 24 hours following a submission through the add my business form.
  • We will periodically contact you to check if any of your business information has changed and will amend your listing accordingly.
  • We will maintain your listing in an appropriate manner in line with our terms of use policy.

What we will do: Premium Listing

  • We will list your business and maintain it within the top search
    results in your chosen service area.
  • We will display your business with the premium map marker.
  • We will share and repost your social media posts and post on your behalf randomly in line with the promotion of concrete Supermarket.
  • Your business will be featured randomly in our news letters
  • We will periodically contact you to check if any of your business information has changed and will amend your listing accordingly.
  • You will receive 10% off any of Concrete Marketing services.
  • We will maintain your listing in an appropriate manner in line with our terms of use policy.

What we will do: Elite Listing

  • We will list your business and maintain it in the Number 1 position of the search results in your chosen service area.
  • We will display your business with the Elite map marker.
  • We will Highlight your listing display
  • We will share and repost your social media posts and post on your behalf Monthly in line with the promotion of concrete Supermarket.
  • Your business will be a regular feature in our news letters.
  • We will produce and issue you free of charge a simple promotional video twice annually for you to use freely and for us to promote your business.
  • We will periodically contact you to check if any of your business information has changed and will amend your listing accordingly.
  • We will maintain your listing in an appropriate manner in line with our terms of use policy.

What we will ask you to do:

  • Contact us immediately when any of your business information
    changes that will affect the accuracy of your listing.
  • Pay monthly or Annual fees in full and on time.
  • Allow us by appointment access to your business to photograph, video or for editorial purposes.
  • Allow us to share or repost your social media posts.
  • Share with us images, video or news items to assist us in the promotion of your business or inclusion in our  gallery.
  • Encourage your customers to leave reviews for your business on Concrete Supermarket.

PAYMENTS:

  • Payments for listings are in advance and by standing order for monthly payments.
  • Annual payments in advance by bank transfer.
  • Your listing will be upgraded within 24 hours of payment being received.
  • In the event of a missed monthly payment we will contact you to arrange payment, In the event that no payment is made within 7 days your listing will be downgraded to a basic listing.

GRANT OF LICENSE.

Any business that supplies the services listed on Concrete Concrete supermarket is eligible to list the business free of charge as a basic listing. Upgraded listings are strictly controlled and limited to ensure a fair and equitable user search experience. Business Listings will be removed in the following circumstances:
1, The business has requested the removal of the listing(s)
2, The business has ceased trading
3, Anti social or inappropriate comments across Concrete Supermarket sites.

TERMINATION - Upgraded Listings Only

The Licensee may terminate the agreement at any time. By email to info@concretesupermarket.co.uk detailing what the listing should be downgraded to or if it is to be removed. In the case of monthly payments the listing will remain in place until the end of the calander month that has been paid. Annually paid listings will tun to the end of the year paid. In both case no partial refunds will be made. If a business ceases trading or no longer offers the services listed on Concrete Supermarket

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of use of or inability to use Concrete Supermarket, even if the Licensee has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will the Licensor be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages based in contract, or otherwise. The Licensor shall have no liability with respect to the content of the Business listing or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.
